Terms of Service

1. The agreement

By using Mondai, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Mondai. If you use Mondai on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

2. The service

Mondai is an AI content agent that helps you plan, generate, and publish social media content. We connect to platforms like Instagram on your behalf via official APIs and only after your explicit authorization.

Mondai is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. We will notify you of significant changes when we can.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

You own the photos, captions, and posts you create or upload. By using Mondai you grant us a limited license to process this content for the purpose of providing the service (running AI analysis, displaying it back to you, publishing it to platforms you connected).

You confirm that you have the right to use any content you upload to Mondai and that this content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

5. AI-generated content

Mondai uses large language models to generate captions, hashtags, and recommendations. AI output can be wrong, inappropriate, or repeat patterns from training data. You are responsible for reviewing and approving everything before it is published. Mondai does not auto-publish without your approval.

6. Platform rules

When you use Mondai to interact with Instagram or other platforms, you must follow those platforms' own terms and community guidelines. Mondai is not responsible for actions taken by those platforms against your account.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Mondai to generate or publish content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or violates anyone's rights. Don't try to break, reverse engineer, or abuse the service. We can suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Pricing and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown in the app and on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your billing settings.

9. Termination

You can stop using Mondai any time and delete your account from Settings. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. After termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

Mondai is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees that the service will be error-free, available 100% of the time, or that AI output will be accurate. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
